How do payment and billing work?
At checkout you pay by card through Stripe. Your invoices, renewal dates and payment status are in your customer portal at logatech.net, where you can also pay a renewal invoice, change your plugins or upgrade your plan.
How soon is my installation ready after I subscribe?
After your payment is confirmed, our team sets up your dedicated installation on the domain you gave and emails you when it is ready. You can follow the order under Orders in progress in your customer portal. Free trials are set up automatically and usually take minutes.
Can I change my plan later?
You can upgrade at any time from your customer portal. The new plan starts a new term at its full price, and time left on your current plan is not credited. To move to a smaller plan, contact us at sales@logatech.net.
What happens when my plan term ends?
About 7 days before the term ends we email a renewal invoice, with reminders 3 days before and on the due date. If it stays unpaid, your plan enters a 7-day grace period and is then suspended, which locks its plan features until you pay. Suspension does not delete your data.
Do I need an account to start the free trial?
Yes. Create a customer account at logatech.net and verify your email, then request the trial with your company name and the address you want for it. Each customer can have one trial at a time, and we email you when your trial installation is ready.
What happens to my data after the 7-day trial ends?
Subscribe while the trial is running and the same installation keeps running, with all its data and settings. If you do not subscribe, the trial is backed up when the 7 days end and the installation is shut down shortly afterward. The backup snapshot is kept.
Do the listed prices include VAT or sales tax?
The price you see is the amount charged at checkout. Invoices from LogaTech currently carry no separate VAT or sales tax line. If you have a tax question about an invoice, email sales@logatech.net.
