How do I test what the assistant can find?

Run a search against the index.

You will see which passages match a query.

Before you start

Content must be indexed first.

In the Knowledge Base card type at least 2 characters in Test semantic search….
Press Search.

Up to five results with source type, match percentage and a snippet; "No results found." otherwise.

Results respect your own permissions; a colleague may see more or less.
A site with only wildcard CRM permissions (not a full superadmin) may see no CRM results in older versions.
The tester uses a slightly lower threshold than chat.
