How do I see how much money I collected last month?

You will know what actually arrived in a given month.

Before you start

You need the commerce revenue permission, and Invoices must be available on your plan.

Steps

1. Open Commerce → Revenue.
2. Find the monthly revenue chart; it covers the last twelve months.
3. Hover over the month's bar for its amount.

What you will see

Each payment counts in the month it was received, minus refunds made that month. An invoice issued in March and paid in June is June's money.

If something goes wrong

• The invoice status table below shows billed amounts, so it will not match the chart.
• All currencies are added together here and shown in the site currency.
• The MRR chart is separate: it shows the monthly recurring revenue of store subscriptions standing at the end of each month.
