The page has a list of templates on one side and an editor on the other.
The list
Search by name, key or group. Each row has two dots showing whether an English and a Farsi override exist. There are no dots for Arabic, French, Spanish or German, even if you have saved those.
The language tabs
EN, FA, AR, FR, ES and DE choose which version you edit; they do not decide the language of what is sent. Switching tabs does not warn you about unsaved changes. The Arabic, French, Spanish and German forms start empty, and the English text is not shown beside them for reference.
The editor
- Subject (required, up to 998 characters) and preheader, the short preview line some mail apps show (up to 500).
- Body, made of blocks you can move up and down, add and delete (deleting asks nothing): a hero (heading, subtitle, optional button), rich text, code (for one-time codes), button, image (an address and alt text) and spacer.
- Variable chips above the editor insert
{{name}}into the field you last clicked. In a rich-text block the chip is added at the end, since the editor has no cursor position to use.
Links must be http, https, mailto or tel; anything else is replaced by # when the email is built.
The preview
The panel beside the editor shows your unsaved draft with sample values, redrawn about a third of a second after you stop typing. It is built by the same engine as real emails. It always uses the dark email frame and has no footer link, and there is no desktop/mobile switch and no test-send button.
Save and reset
Save is disabled until you change something. Reset to default appears only when an override exists; it deletes it and brings back the shipped wording. There is no way to switch a template off.
Check before saving
- A variable you misspell, or that the sender does not provide, becomes empty.
- Nothing stops you deleting a required one such as
{{code}}. Compare with the preview. - Edit in the language people will actually receive: the site's default language unless the feature uses the recipient's own.
You need Manage to save or reset.
