How do I re-run or retry a failed run?

You will have run the workflow again.

Before you start

You need the write permission. Remember a re-run uses the original definition, not your fixes.

Steps

1. Open Execution History and filter by Failed.
2. Press View Details to read the error.
3. Press Retry from failed step to continue, or Re-run to start over.

What you will see

"Retry started (<status>)." or "Re-run started (<status>)." as a new row linked to the old one (the link is not displayed).

If something goes wrong

• To pick up edits, trigger a fresh run instead.
• Re-run repeats emails, SMS, webhooks and CRM changes.
• Retry is unavailable inside a parallel block.
