How do I create or delete a tier?

You will have a tier you can gate spaces on and assign to members.

Before you start

You need the community settings permission and a plan with community management.

Steps

1. Open Community → Tiers and press New Tier.
2. Type the Tier name; the Slug is made from it.
3. Add a description and sort order, then save.

To delete, press Delete on the row and confirm.

What you will see

"Tier saved." The tier appears in the Tier gates of the space editor and in the member Tier window.

If something goes wrong

• The slug cannot be changed later.
• "Still used by N member(s) and M space gate(s)": move them to another tier first.
• A key that exists is refused.
