My Profile

Your own name, photo and password, the devices signed in as you, and a download of your data; two-factor sign-in is not available yet.

Your own account. It needs no permission: everyone who signs in has it. Four tabs: Profile, Security, Activity and Mailbox.

Profile

You can change your first name, last name, phone and photo (an address, or one chosen from the media library, with Change and Remove). Your email, role, department and status cannot be edited here; an administrator changes those.

The admin language is chosen from the language switcher in the top bar, not on this page, and is saved for you alone.

Security

  • Change password. Enter your current password, then the new one twice. The new password needs at least 8 characters. When it succeeds, every other device is signed out and this one stays.
  • Two-factor sign-in is shown as "coming soon". It does not exist yet.
  • Active sessions lists each device with its last activity and marks "This device". Sign out any one device, or press Sign out other devices. At most 5 devices can be signed in at once.
  • Export My Data downloads the personal data held about you.

Activity

Your own most recent actions from the audit trail (30 by default).

Mailbox

If the mail module is installed: which mail server your messages are sent through, your send-as name and email, and your signature.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in page, ask for a code. A 6-digit code is emailed, valid for 5 minutes and usable once, and the page says the same thing whether or not the email belongs to an account, so it never reveals who has one. A deactivated account gets no code. Requests are limited per email and per address. A successful reset signs the account out everywhere, and any failure shows the same generic message.
