How do I see which estimates are about to expire or were never opened?

You will have a list of estimates worth a phone call today.

Before you start

You need the commerce sales permission.

Steps

1. Open Commerce → Sales.
2. Expiring within 7 days lists sent or viewed estimates whose valid-until date is in the next week.
3. Sent, never viewed lists estimates the customer has not opened.
4. Click an estimate number to open it and follow up.

What you will see

Each row shows the estimate number, title, contact, total and the relevant date.

If something goes wrong

• A list with nothing in it is hidden.
• Each list shows at most 50 rows; the badge shows the true count.
• Declined estimates have no list; they only count in the win rate.
