How do I write and publish a post?

You will have a post going out to your accounts.

Before you start

You need the posts write and publish permissions, a plan with publishing, and at least one connected account.

Steps

1. Open Content Calendar and press + New Post.
2. Write the Post Content; watch the counter.
3. Tick the accounts under Publish to accounts.
4. Press Publish Now.

What you will see

"Publishing now…". Within about a minute each destination turns Published, and the post turns Published.

If something goes wrong

• Text only: the composer has no media picker, X and LinkedIn would drop media anyway, and Instagram needs an image so it fails.
• "Character limit exceeded": shorten for the strictest network or untick it.
• A failing destination is tried three times; expired logins and rate limits are not retried.
• A plan without publishing shows "Feature … is not available" and the post waits.
