This installation's current plan, its state and what it includes. It needs the plan-and-billing view permission, which the Admin role has.
Nothing is changed here
The page is read-only. Upgrade and Buy more credits are links to the LogaTech customer portal, where the change and the payment happen. They work only if this install is connected to LogaTech; otherwise they are disabled with a "not connected" note.
What it shows
- The plan name and a state badge.
- The credit allowance (a number, or "unlimited") and the modules included.
- The renewal date. The page does not show a trial end date.
- A monthly/yearly switch over the plans on offer, with prices.
- During a trial, a recommendation based on the modules you actually used, with an upgrade button.
An active plan with no renewal date is a permanent plan: nothing expires, and the plan list is replaced by a note.
The states
- Trialing and active: everything in the plan works.
- Grace: the renewal date has passed. Nothing is blocked for 7 days while you renew.
- Suspended: the grace period ended. Features of the paid plan are blocked.
- Past due and canceled are also shown with their own badges.
Features outside the plan
By default a module outside your plan stays in the menu, and opening it shows an upgrade message. Some installs are set to hide such modules, and then they disappear from the menu and their page does not exist.
Either way the real lock is on the server: knowing a page's address, or calling its API, unlocks nothing.
