Store

The store at a glance: the dashboard cards, how an order is paid and settled, where each part of the store is managed, and who can open it.

The Store covers the catalogue (Products, Categories, Attributes), selling (Orders, Coupons, Tax & Shipping, Reviews), recurring sales (Subscriptions, Memberships) and Store Settings. Customers and Payment Methods are not here any more: customers live under CRM, and gateways under Site Settings → Payments.

The dashboard

Open Store → Dashboard. You can add, remove and reorder the KPI cards; the default four are Active products, Total orders, Pending orders and Total revenue.

  • Orders (30d) and Revenue (30d) compare with the previous 30 days. Orders exclude checkouts that ended cancelled or failed without being paid.
  • Pending orders are unpaid orders awaiting payment, with a count of bank transfers to confirm. Orders to ship counts settled, unshipped orders that are not digital-only.
  • Active products are published and not in Trash, with how many are out of stock. Total orders and Total revenue cover the store's whole life.
  • Revenue is counted from settled orders by payment date, after refunds (a partial refund reduces it).

Below the cards: a Platform sales card (HQ sales, read-only), an order-status chart, recently added products, recent orders, and Low stock: up to six products or variations that manage stock and are at or under their threshold (2 when unset). Amounts follow the site's display unit, Toman on IRR sites by default.

What "settled" means

An order is settled once its payment is recorded: Paid, Shipped and Completed always, and Processing or On Hold when a payment date is set. Settling reduces stock, issues downloads and memberships, creates the paid invoice, and books the sale in accounting.

How customers pay

  • Online gateway (Stripe, ZarinPal or Saman depending on your site): the order starts Pending, then Processing at the gateway, then Paid when the gateway confirms.
  • Bank transfer (set up in Site Settings → Payments): the order stays Pending, with no stock taken and no access given, until you press Confirm Payment.
  • Free orders settle immediately.
  • With no gateway enabled, a priced order fails with "Checkout is not available — no payment gateway is configured."
  • An unpaid gateway order is cancelled automatically after about an hour; bank-transfer orders are never auto-cancelled.

Amounts on Toman sites

On a site whose currency is Rial and whose display unit is Toman, amount fields take Toman and store Rial (×10). The label of the field says which unit it accepts.

Who can open it

The Store pages are open to administrators. Pages check broad keys (ecommerce.read, ecommerce.write, ecommerce.orders) that only ecommerce.* holders have, so a role with only the fine-grained keys cannot reach them. Most changes also need a plan that includes the store features.
