How do I connect a social account?

You will have accounts you can publish to.

Before you start

You need the accounts write permission and a plan that includes it. The network must be set up (see the credentials guide) or you will see "Not set up yet". Sign in to the network as a person who manages the page.

Steps

1. Open Social → Social Accounts.
2. Press Connect Account on the platform.
3. Approve access on the network.
4. You come back to the page.

What you will see

"Account connected successfully." and the accounts appear under the platform.

If something goes wrong

• Every account the login manages is added; you cannot pick.
• Errors come back as "<platform>: <reason>" (access denied, setup incomplete, no accounts found, session expired). Try again from the start.
• X logins last about two hours and are not refreshed; reconnect when X posts start failing.
• Instagram posting needs an image and a business account; confirm with a test post.
