Learning → Membership Plans defines plans: Title, Description, Price, Billing interval (Monthly or Yearly), Access scope (All courses, One category, Selected courses) and Enabled. A plan with subscribers or active grants cannot be deleted; disable it instead.
Members get access when they first open the player: the enrollment is created on the spot and ends if the membership is cancelled or lapses. It needs a plan with memberships.
