How do I ask the AI Copilot a question?

You will have an answer, with its sources, in the chat.

Before you start

You need the Use AI Copilot permission and a plan with it. The install must be connected to LogaTech with an AI package.

Steps

1. Press Copilot in the top bar (or Ctrl/Cmd + J), or open AI Copilot from the menu.
2. Type a question or press one of the quick prompts.
3. Read the answer; a "N lookups" line shows the data it fetched.

What you will see

A reply in your language (English or Persian).

If something goes wrong

• "AI usage quota exceeded" is either the hourly limit or your AI package running out; they read the same.
• "Input is too long": press Clear conversation (on the page) or reload.
• Wildcard roles such as the standard admin may not see the Copilot button in older versions; this is fixed.
• If nothing relevant is indexed it answers without sources; reindex first.
