Choose a report, set its filters and it runs. Export CSV gives the same rows (UTF-8 with a BOM so Excel reads Persian). The file has extra columns on some reports, and money is in minor units ("cents"), not formatted. There is no PDF or Excel export.
- Stock Valuation: per item and warehouse, remaining layer quantity × layer cost (the real cost, not the latest purchase price). Grand total shown.
- Low Stock: item and warehouse rows at or below the reorder point. Unlike the dashboard card and the Reorder page, it leaves out items that have never had a stock record.
- Aging: remaining layers by age since arrival: 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91+ days, measured to today.
- ABC Analysis: items ranked by movement value in the date window (inbound and outbound both count). A is up to 80% cumulative, B up to 95%, C the rest, so the item that crosses 80% is labelled B.
- Movement Summary: per item and movement type, total quantity and value, for a date window.
- PO Performance: per supplier, POs created in the window (drafts included), received, cancelled, on time (received by the expected date + 1 day), late, average lead days, and spend on received POs only.
- Supplier Spend: POs received in the window, fully received only (partial POs are excluded), with their totals.
- Movement Log: filter by warehouse, dates and movement type, newest first. Capped at 5,000 rows with no warning, so narrow the dates for a full export.
- Order Sourcing Trace: paste a store order ID to see each cost layer its goods came from, with source PO and supplier. A transfer or manual adjustment breaks the chain. The item History view shows the same per movement.
Warehouse access
Stock Valuation, Low Stock, Aging, ABC, Movement Summary and Movement Log respect warehouse access. PO Performance, Supplier Spend and Order Sourcing Trace do not: anyone with inventory.read sees every supplier's figures.
Dates
"From" is inclusive; a bare date for "To" may exclude that whole day, so pick the following day to be safe.
