You will have a workflow that reacts to its trigger.
Before you start
You need the write permission and a plan that includes running workflows.
Steps
- Open the workflow and set Status to Active; fix any validation errors first.
- Save.
- For a manual run, press Run Now afterwards.
What you will see
"Workflow run <status>." and a new row in Execution History.
If something goes wrong
- Run Now looks enabled for an unsaved Active status but the server uses the saved one.
- Run Now sends no trigger data, so steps that read it get empty values.
- Only the loop-guard's three runs an hour per source are allowed; extra ones vanish without a trace.
