How do I run a workflow on a schedule?

You will have a workflow that runs at fixed times.

Before you start

The workflow must be Active.

Steps

1. Add a Schedule trigger and type a five-field cron such as 0 9 * * * for 09:00 daily.
2. Save and activate.

What you will see

A run appears in Execution History within a minute of each match.

If something goes wrong

• Times use the server's local time zone.
• Supported: *, numbers, lists, ranges and */n; not names or 7 for Sunday.
• Day-of-month and day-of-week must both match when both are set.
• The run receives only the scheduled time as data.
