The estimate-to-cash view: which proposals are won, which are waiting, and which need chasing.
The cards
- Won: estimates the customer has accepted, including ones already turned into invoices. Shows the count and the value.
- Open: estimates sent or viewed that have not been answered yet.
- Win rate: won divided by won plus declined. It shows "—" until at least one estimate is decided.
- Median days to decision: the typical time between sending an estimate and the customer accepting or declining.
The three worklists
Each list shows at most 50 rows (the badge shows the true count) and is hidden when empty.
- Accepted, not invoiced: won estimates with no invoice yet. Convert creates the invoice in one click.
- Expiring within 7 days: sent or viewed estimates whose valid-until date falls in the next seven days.
- Sent, never viewed: estimates the customer has not opened.
There is no list of lost estimates; they only count in the win rate.
Things to know
- Amounts are shown in the site currency even if an estimate was written in another one, and the totals add all currencies together.
- Only estimates feed this page. Store orders are not included.
- Figures are cached for about 15 seconds.
- You need
commerce.sales.read. Converting also needs the permission to create invoices.
