You will have changed which gated spaces a member can enter.
Before you start
You need the manage-members permission, a plan with community moderation, and at least one tier.
Steps
- Open Community → Members and press Tier on the person.
- Choose a tier, or — No tier —.
- Press Save.
What you will see
The Tier column updates. The member now matches (or no longer matches) the gates of non-public spaces.
If something goes wrong
- A member with no tier fails every tier gate.
- Nothing is charged: tiers have no price.
- Tier changes do not notify the member.
