Community → Members is the member list. Filter by name, email, tier, status (Pending, Active, Banned) and join date; it pages 25 at a time.
Actions
- View opens the public profile. A member who is not active has no profile page.
- Approve (shown for every member who is not active, Pending or Banned): makes them active, sets the joined date to now and emails them. Approving a banned member un-bans them.
- Tier sets or clears the tier.
- Ban after a confirmation: they lose every space and cannot write; their posts stay. The member is not told.
There is no screen to add or invite a member, edit a name or email, or delete a member. The "Automations" member that announcements post as appears in this list and in the counts.
Permissions
The screen needs only the view permission, but Approve, Ban and Tier need the manage-members permission and a plan that includes community moderation. Staff without them see the buttons and are refused when they click.
