Community → Posts is the moderation list. Filter by text, space, lifecycle (Published, Hidden, In trash), status (Pinned, Locked, Normal) and date.
Actions on a published post
- Pin puts it first in its space; Unpin reverses it.
- Lock stops new comments and replies; Unlock reverses it.
- Delete moves it to the trash after a confirmation. Visitors can no longer open it.
- View opens the public post.
In the trash
Restore publishes it again. Delete permanently removes the post, its comments and its reactions, and cannot be undone; it only works on a post already in the trash.
Limits to know
The list loads at most 100 posts per lifecycle view and filters them in the browser, so on a busy community older posts are out of reach here. The Hidden view is always empty because nothing hides a post. Comments have no admin screen. Moderation needs the moderate permission and a plan that includes it; the page itself only needs the view permission.
