Forms lists every form, newest first. There is no search, filter or paging.
Columns
Name (opens the Studio), Status (Published or Draft), Submissions (the true total, linking to the submissions page), Updated, and the row icons.
Row icons
- Edit opens the Form Studio.
- Details changes the name, the description and the status. The address is shown read-only as
/forms/<address>(path only, select it to copy). - Submissions opens the answers.
- Embed Code copies an iframe snippet that points at the form's page.
- Delete removes the form, its fields and all its submissions for good after a confirmation.
New form
New Form asks for a name (up to 200 characters) and an optional description, creates a draft and opens the Studio.
Details and publishing
Switching the status to Published and saving publishes the form; a refusal leaves the window open. Publishing is refused when your plan lacks it, or when "Create CRM lead" is on and the lead fields are not mapped. The name and description may already be saved when publishing is refused. Unpublishing is always allowed.
