How do I create a form?

You will have a draft form open in the Studio.

Before you start

You need permission to create and edit forms, and a plan that includes it.

Steps

1. Open Forms and press New Form.
2. Type the Form name and, if you like, a Description.
3. Press Create Form.

What you will see

The form is created as a draft and the Studio opens with an empty canvas. Nobody can see it publicly yet.

If something goes wrong

• The address is made from the name and cannot be changed later. A name with no Latin letters gets form, form-2 and so on.
• To rename the form later use Details on the list; this does not change the address.
