How do I publish or unpublish a form?

You will have switched a form between draft and public.

Before you start

You need permission to edit forms and, to publish, a plan that includes publishing.

Steps

1. Open Forms and press Details on the form.
2. Switch the status to Published (or back to Draft).
3. Press Save.

What you will see

"Form updated". A published form opens at /forms/<address>; a draft shows nothing there.

If something goes wrong

• A form with "Create CRM lead" on cannot be published until first name, last name and a mobile or email are mapped.
• Unpublishing keeps every submission.
• Saving in the Studio changes a published form at once.
