How do I read and export submissions?

You will have the answers on screen or in a spreadsheet.

Before you start

You need permission to view submissions.

Steps

1. Open Forms and click the number in the Submissions column.
2. Read the table; newest first.
3. Press Export CSV to download.

What you will see

A table with a column per question, and a CSV named after the form.

If something goes wrong

• Only the newest 200 are loaded and exported.
• Answers under a changed field key do not show.
• File answers are links that need the right permissions; the CSV holds only the file name.
