How do I get an email for each submission?

You will have an email whenever someone submits the form.

Before you start

Open the form in the Studio and select the form itself.

Steps

1. Under On submit tick Email notification.
2. Type the address.
3. Save.

What you will see

Each submission sends a table of the labels and answers, with a subject "New submission — <form name>". File answers show only the file name.

If something goes wrong

• With no address typed, the install's default form-notification recipients are used instead; with one typed, only that one gets it.
• Only one address can be set, and there is no subject, reply-to or template.
• Nothing tells you if delivery fails; the submission is still saved.
