Forms → Submissions shows one column per data field and the date submitted, newest first.
Buttons
Preview opens the public form (only when published). Edit opens the Studio. Export CSV downloads the rows on screen; it is disabled when there are none. A trash icon on a row deletes that submission after a confirmation, with any files it carried.
Limits
- The page loads only the newest 200 submissions, with no paging, filter or search. The heading counts the loaded rows, not the total (the Forms list has the true total), and the CSV contains only those rows.
- No detail page: the page language, the address the visitor came from, and the outcome of the email, lead and webhook are stored but not shown.
- Answers are shown by current field. Answers under a changed or removed field key do not appear.
- A file answer is a link that downloads the file; it needs both the view-forms and view-submissions permissions. Files are not public.
- Deleting a submission needs the delete permission, but the button shows to everyone who can open the page.
- The CSV starts with a byte-order mark for Excel, shows only a file name for file answers, and its last column header "Submitted at" is always English.
Retention
Nothing deletes submissions or their files automatically. A file chosen but never submitted is removed after 24 hours.
