How do I add or remove a suppressed address?

You will have changed who campaigns skip.

Before you start

You need the suppressions write permission.

Steps

1. Open Marketing → Suppressions.
2. To add, press Add suppression, choose Email or SMS and type the address or number.
3. To remove, press Remove on the row and confirm.

What you will see

"Address added to the suppression list." or "Address removed — they can receive marketing messages again."

If something goes wrong

• Adding an address already listed also says success; nothing changes.
• Only remove someone who asked to be re-subscribed.
• Bounces are added automatically only with the Resend webhook configured.
