How do I set the sender and tracking?

You will have campaigns that can send.

Before you start

You need the marketing settings write permission and a plan that includes it.

Steps

1. Open Marketing → Settings.
2. Type a real From Email and a From Name.
3. Switch Track email opens and Track link clicks as you want.
4. Press Save Settings.

What you will see

"Settings saved." and the "Campaigns will not send" warning disappears.

If something goes wrong

• Addresses on example.com, .org or .net count as placeholders.
• The address must be allowed by your mail provider or the mail will bounce.
• Tracking changes do not touch mail already queued.
