Print Price Calculator

Print quote requests

Visitors who asked for a firm price from the calculator, with their model file for 90 days and a link to the CRM lead.

Every visitor who pressed "Get a firm quote" in the calculator, newest first.

What each request shows

  • The name, mobile and, if given, email and note.
  • What was asked for: technology, material, colour, quality, infill, quantity and the part's size. "open mesh" means the model has holes, so its volume and price may be off.
  • Shown to visitor: the range the calculator showed, worked out again on the server from your rates at the time. It is not a promise; your firm price is.
  • The model file, if the visitor attached one. Download always saves it to your computer; it never opens in the browser.
  • Open CRM lead, when a lead was made for the request.

Statuses

New, Contacted, Quoted, Closed. Change one with the select on the request; Filter by status narrows the list. A status is only for your team; the visitor is not told.

Files are deleted after 90 days

A model file is deleted 90 days after the request. The request itself stays, with "The model file was deleted after 90 days." in place of the download.

Why a request has no CRM lead

The CRM refuses a lead whose phone or email it already has, so a returning customer's request is stored without a new lead. Find them in the CRM by phone.

Spam protection

The form needs a solved captcha, is limited to 5 requests an hour and 15 a day from one address, and accepts only real STL, OBJ or 3MF files up to 50 MB, checked by their content rather than their name.
