How do I go back to the original wording of a text message?

You will have removed your own wording for a text message.

Before you start

You need the Manage permission. Reset is per template and per language.

Steps

1. Open SMS Templates and pick the template.
2. Choose the language you changed. A dot beside the template means you have saved wording in it.
3. Press Reset to default. The button appears only when your wording exists.

What you will see

Your wording is deleted and the editor shows the shipped text. The next message uses it.

If something goes wrong

• There is no undo; copy your text elsewhere first if you may want it.
• Reset returns to the shipped text; it does not blank the message.
• For a language with no shipped wording, the message falls back to English afterwards.
