Post composer

Write, save, schedule and publish a post; the character counter, and what the buttons really save.

The composer opens from the calendar.

Fields

Title: an internal label, never published (255).
Post Content: plain text. The counter follows the strictest selected network and turns amber near the limit and red over it; each account shows "Over limit".
Publish to accounts: every account of yours, expired ones too; at least one is required.
Schedule Post card: date and time.

Publish Now is the main button. The menu has Schedule Post, Draft (saves a draft) and, on an existing post, Delete.

A post created with a date is Scheduled, without one it is a draft. Schedule Post needs a future time.
Only draft or scheduled posts can be edited. Changing the ticked accounts on an existing post does nothing.
Draft on an existing post saves only title and body; it cannot change the date or take a scheduled post back to draft.
Publish Now on an existing post does not save your edits: save or schedule first.
Publish Now on a post that is already partly published sends only the destinations that have not published.

On an existing post each destination shows its account, error and status, and failed ones have Retry.
