How do I review what the AI translated?

You will have checked the AI's work and told the site it is good to be indexed.

Before you start

You need Edit Translations to approve, and permission to edit the item to fix it.

Steps

1. Open Translations and then AI Translation Review.
2. Filter by language or type if you want one kind of work.
3. Press Open on a row. The item's own editor opens in a new view.
4. Read the AI's text next to the original, fix what is wrong, and save (and publish pages, if that is how that kind works).
5. Back in the queue press Mark reviewed for that language, or Mark all languages to approve every language of the item.

What you will see

"Marked as reviewed". The row leaves the list. The language is now listed for search engines (language links, sitemap) and no longer noindex.

If something goes wrong

• A text you edited by hand became a person's text and is not in the queue any more.
• If the original changes later, the AI text is stale, and the next Translate with AI replaces it.
• When the list is long, only the oldest 200 per kind are shown; approve some and the rest appear.
